I am easily injured so Im going to go Truth on this bad boy. I love Olive Oil Gelato with a bit of sea salt. I also LOVE mignonette and a good cocktail sauce. No better sauce combo exists. I love Vinegar in general. I have a bottle of 18 yr old Balsamic thats delicious, and the same company has a dark chocolate balsamic thats exceptional. Once I have a kitchen I’d like to try and make the Olive Oil gelato with a reduction of the dark chocolate balsamic to pour on top.
